নারী

Content of this poem: “In Bangladesh women are always despised and deprived from their rights in the male dominated society. However women have increased their self estimate and stepping ahead. Women always make confidence to acquire accomplishment for men but men don’t evaluate it” author exemplify her thought from beginning to end in her poem.

নারীই মাতা, নারীই দাতা, নারীই সুখের ধারা,
নারীর কারণে হয়েছে সৃষ্টি, ধরনীর তরুলতা।
যুগে যুগে নারী রয়েছে যত অবহেলা অনাদরে,
তবুও নারী হারায় নিকো তার বিশ্বাসকে চিরতরে।
নরশাসিত সমাজে নারী তুচ্ছ, বঞ্চিত,
নারী বিনা নর থাকিতো পশ্চাতে সে কথা যদি সে বুঝিত
নারীর কারণে করেছে নর এই বিশ্ব জয়,
নারী বিনা নর নাহি পৌঁছিত উন্নতির দরজায়।
নারীই তার আপন মহিমায় গড়েছে এই ভূবন,
নারী বিনা কভু না পাইতাম আমাদের এ জীবন।
নারীর কারণে পেয়েছি মোরা সম্মান মর্যাদা
নারীই আজীবন রাখিয়াছে ধরি বিশ্ববাসীর মান
নারীর কারণে হয়েছে ধরনী চির কল্যানকর
নারীকে মোরা বলিতে পারি কল্যানময়ী মাতা।
নারীই কল্যানী, নারীই বিশ্বাসী, নারীই প্রেরনাময়ী,
তাই আজীবন মোরা করিবো স্মরন নারীকে শ্রদ্ধাভরে।
